We believe when employees and leaders are actively involved, they will not only make safety a value in the workplace, but the cultural change in the workplace will have a positive impact on the behaviors and actions of employees at home and play. Our Team

John Zeigle, President
Bio: John has been involved in safety and health for over 30 years. He has a BS Degree in Occupational Safety and worked 12 years in the Pulp and Paper industry in safety management. He is the past President of the Tennessee Valley ASSE and Past Co-Chairperson of the New York Federal Safety & Health Council.

Ron Pote, Vice President
Bio: Ron has been involved in safety and general management for over 30 years. He has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and work 15 years in the Pulp & Paper industry in environmental, safety and production management.

Kevin Zeigle, CSP, CIH, MS- Hazmat / IH / Oil & Gas Specialist
Bio: Kevin has been involved in safety and health for over 25 years. He has a BS Degree in Industrial Safety and a Master of Science in Public Health. He worked 25 years in the Oil and Gas industry in industrial hygiene, hazmat and safety management.

Steve Zeigle, ARM- Loss Control / Fleet Safety Specialist
Bio: Steve has been involved in safety and loss control for over 30 years. He has a BS Degree in Occupational Safety and worked 15 years in the insurance industry performing loss control and risk evaluations specializing in fleet safety, general liability and workers’ compensation.

John Olsen, Electrical Safety Training Specialist
Bio: John has been involved in electrical safety for over 20 years. He has an Associates’ Degree in Science and is a level VI Maintenance Electrical/Instrument Technician in the Pulp and Paper industry.

Lee Marchasolt, Electrical Safety Training / Arc Flash Analysis Specialist

Bruce Gray, General Safety Specialist
Bio: Bruce has been involved in safety and health field for over 30 years. He has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and a MA in Management. He worked 20 years in the Pharmiceutical industry in environmental, safety and engineering.
